RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

REFUNDS
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
If your order is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may return the item after delivery for a 100% refund, provided it meets the return conditions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
